Irrigation Systems
Reliable irrigation systems built for real field conditions.
CueBid Agro designs, installs, rehabilitates, and commissions irrigation infrastructure—micro irrigation, mechanized systems, sprinklers, foggers, and other solutions — built around water source conditions, long-term maintainability, and predictable operation.
What We Deliver
Field-ready irrigation infrastructure
We deliver irrigation systems as complete, operable infrastructure—not just pipe and tubing. Our scope typically includes headworks, filtration, distribution, controls, and commissioning to ensure the system performs as intended from day one.
Typical deliverables include:

Micro Irrigation
Designed to protect emitters and reduce maintenance
Drip irrigation succeeds or fails on filtration, pressure control, and flushing provisions. We size and install systems to reduce clogging risk and minimize long-term maintenance burden.
Common applications:
- Research plots and institutional groves
- Orchards and permanent plantings
- Row crops requiring controlled application
- Wind-exposed sites requiring stable moisture management
What we pay attention to:
- Water source characteristics (sediment, organics, scaling risk)
- Emitter protection (mesh rating and serviceability)
- Pressure regulation to maintain stable operating ranges
- Layout that supports access, flushing, and future repairs
Mechanized Irrigation
Practical reliability for large coverage areas
For pivot systems, reliability depends on correct sizing, power and water supply coordination, and maintainable components. We support new installation, upgrades, and integration into existing agricultural operations.
Typical scope:
- Pivot installation support and field integration
- Supply piping and tie-ins
- Filtration where required by water source
- Controls, basic monitoring, and operational verification
Other Irrigation Systems
We also support additional irrigation methods when they fit the site, crop, and water conditions:
- Sprinkler systems (solid-set, portable, or fixed spray)
- Micro-sprinklers / micro-jets for orchards and nurseries
- Misters / foggers for greenhouses and protected agriculture (cooling, humidity control)
- Soaker and low-pressure distribution for small plots and research beds

Headworks, Filtration & Pressure Control
Where performance is won or lost
Water source conditions drive the filtration and pressure strategy. This means that filtration and pressure regulation are selected based on water source characteristics and verified at commissioning. We implement systems that protect downstream components and remain serviceable in day-to-day operations.
Typical headworks components
- Media filtration for suspended solids/organic load
- Secondary screen or disc filtration for emitter protection
- Pressure regulators and gauges (upstream/downstream)
- Isolation valves, zone valves, and valve boxes
- Air/vacuum relief and line-end flushing
- Accessible placement for routine cleaning and inspection
Installation & Sequencing
Disciplined execution reduces rework
We plan the work sequence to prevent downstream failures and avoid avoidable changes during construction.
Typical sequence:
- Confirm tie-in location, access, and utility coordination
- Install headworks and mainline routing
- Pressure test and flush before laterals are closed out
- Install laterals/drip lines or pivot feed components
- Verify pressures at operating points
- Commission and document final settings

Verification Before Turnover
Commissioning that supports acceptance
Before the handover, we verify the system fundamentals to ensure it is operable and maintainable.
Typical verification checks:
- Pressure range and regulation setpoints
- Filter operation and flushing performance
- Leak checks on mainline/submain/laterals
- Valve functionality and zone isolation
- As-built notes and component list (as requested)
